Fixed full-arch implant teeth
Often called All-on-X or All-on-4-style treatment: a complete arch of teeth that does not come out, carried by several implants set in your jaw. You brush and clean around them like teeth, and we take them off only at maintenance visits. There is more than one fixed design, and we choose between them based on your bone, your bite, and how your smile sits on your face.
Snap-in (implant-retained) dentures

What To Expect
Consultation & 3D scan
We listen first, then take a 3D scan of your jaws so we can see bone, nerves, and sinuses instead of guessing. You will see the same images we do, and we will point out what matters in your case.
Your written plan
You leave with a plan on paper: the options that genuinely fit you, sedation choices, a realistic timeline, and a full walkthrough of the investment. Take it home and think it over — there is no sales floor here.
Surgery day
Any teeth that need to come out are removed and the implants are placed in one visit. Comfort options include nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and IV sedation in-office, with contracted anesthesiologists for IV cases.
Healing with a temporary set
Many patients leave surgery day with a temporary set of teeth while the implants integrate with the bone. We see you for checks through healing and adjust as your gums settle and soft foods give way to more.
Your final teeth
Once healing is done, we design and fit the final teeth — shape, shade, and bite refined with you in the chair. Then we set you up with a simple cleaning routine and a maintenance schedule.

Am I a candidate for full-arch implants?
Most people missing most or all of the teeth in an arch are worth evaluating, including folks with failing teeth or dentures that no longer fit. We look at your bone, your gum health, and your general health at the consultation with a 3D scan, then tell you honestly whether full-arch treatment is the right fit or whether another option would serve you better.
How many implants does a full arch need?
It depends on the arch and your bone. Fixed full-arch designs are commonly supported by four to six implants per arch, and some cases call for more. We decide the number after the 3D scan rather than promising a set figure up front.
Will I be without teeth?
That is not the plan. Many patients leave surgery day with a temporary set of teeth in place while the implants heal. If your case needs a different sequence, we will say so in writing before you commit, so there are no surprises.
Is it painful, and what sedation is available?
You should not be in pain during treatment. We offer nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and IV sedation in our Keene office, so you can choose the level of comfort that suits you. Afterward, most patients describe soreness and swelling that eases over the first week, and we send you home with written instructions and a way to reach us.
How long do full-arch implant teeth last with care?
Implants are designed as a long-term replacement for missing teeth, and the teeth attached to them are made to be maintained. Daily cleaning around the implants and regular checkups matter a great deal. Over many years the teeth themselves can be repaired or remade while the implants stay in place.
Fixed versus snap-in — what is the difference?
Fixed full-arch teeth stay in your mouth and are removed only by us at a maintenance visit; you clean around them. Snap-in dentures clip onto implants for a secure fit and come out at night for cleaning. Fixed feels closest to natural teeth; snap-in is a simpler, removable option. We recommend one honestly based on your case, never on price.
