How it works
Bring Your Quote
What to bring: the written treatment plan and the itemized quote you were given, plus any X-rays or scans you already have. If you don't have a recent scan, don't worry — we'll take one.
What happens: we take a 3D CT scan of your mouth, do a careful exam, and then sit down with your quote and walk through it line by line — what each item is, whether it's needed, and whether a simpler option would serve you as well. If your natural teeth can be saved, we'll say so.
How long it takes: plan on about an hour, door to door. You leave with a written plan and our honest read — and the decision is entirely yours.
Questions worth asking anyone
What a Full-Arch Quote Should Include
A full-arch quote is really a bundle of smaller decisions. Before you sign with any provider — including us — ask these questions and expect straight answers:
- Does the quote include the extractions, or are they billed separately?
- Is the 3D CT scan included, and will you get to keep a copy?
- What kind of sedation is included, and who watches over you while you're asleep?
- Are the temporary teeth — the set you heal in — part of the price?
- What is the final prosthesis made of — acrylic or zirconia — and is the upgrade spelled out?
- How many implants are planned per arch, and which implant brand is being used?
- Is there a warranty, and what exactly does it cover?
- How many follow-up visits are included in the first year?
- If an implant fails, what happens — and who pays for the fix?
If a quote doesn't spell these out, ask for it in writing. A good office won't hesitate.

Every case at Old Betsy Dental Implants and Dentures is planned and placed in-house by general dentists who do the work themselves — from the first scan to the final teeth. Your same-day teeth are printed in our own lab; your final teeth are crafted with our partner lab and fitted here.
Because we're a full-service dental group — general dentistry, implants, and sleep care under one roof — we have no reason to steer you toward the biggest case. If saving teeth is the right call, that's what we'll recommend, and we can do that work right here.

Is the second opinion really free?
Yes. There's no charge and no obligation. We'd rather earn your trust by being honest than charge you to hear it. You leave with a written plan and our straightforward read on the quote you brought — then you decide in your own time.
What should I bring to my Second Look visit?
Bring the written treatment plan and the itemized quote you were given, plus any X-rays or scans you have. If you don't have a recent scan, we can take a 3D CT scan right here. Bring every question you didn't get to ask, too.
Will you tell me if my teeth can be saved instead?
Yes — that's often the most important thing we say. Full extractions are permanent, so if some or all of your natural teeth can be saved, we'll tell you plainly and show you why on the scan. We're a full-service dental group, so we have no reason to push the biggest case.
How long does a second opinion visit take?
Plan on about an hour. That covers the 3D CT scan, the exam, and a line-by-line walk-through of the quote you brought. No rushing, and no same-day pressure to sign anything.
Do I have to get my treatment here afterward?
No. Sometimes our second look confirms the plan you already have, and you can go back and move forward with confidence. Sometimes it surfaces a simpler path. Either way, the visit is free and the decision is yours.
Who would do the work if I choose Old Betsy?
Dr. Brock Bennion and Dr. Dakota Argyle — general dentists who plan and place implants in-house. Your care is 3D-planned in-house, with your same-day teeth printed in our own lab; your final teeth are crafted with our partner lab and fitted here.
