What does the lab actually do in a full-arch case?
Your care is 3D-planned in-house, with your same-day teeth printed in our own lab; your final teeth are crafted with our partner lab and fitted here. Fitting and adjustments address a spot that rubs, a bite that feels high on one side, or a shade that looks wrong in daylight.
Why does distance matter so much?
The important question is how the office coordinates the lab work and handles fitting and adjustments. Our partner lab crafts the final teeth, and we fit them here so your dentist can evaluate comfort, bite, and appearance directly.
What happens when the temporary breaks?
Temporaries can break. It is not a failure; they are made to be adjusted and replaced. Because same-day teeth are printed in our own lab, our team can address a temporary locally. Final teeth follow a separate process with our partner lab.
Can the dentist and the technician talk?
Your dentist sees your face, smile line, and lip movement here, then works with our partner lab as the final teeth are crafted. When they return, we fit and refine them here with you in the chair.
Does in-house cost more?
Not necessarily, and sometimes less — shipping, lab-to-office coordination, and repeat visits all cost something, and they are usually built into the price whether you see the line or not. The honest answer is that it depends on the office. The question worth asking is not "is it cheaper" but "how many visits will this take, and what happens when something needs fixing."
