Nervous About Dental Implants? Here’s How We Do It Differently.
Where Nervous Patients Become Family. IV sedation is available, one team handles everything from planning to follow-up, and nobody here pushes you toward anything.

Most people who come to us about implants are not mainly worried about their teeth. They are worried about the appointment. Usually there is one memory behind it — being held down as a kid, a shot that did not work, someone who talked over them or made them feel small. That memory does not go away because a website says “gentle.” What helps is knowing exactly what will happen, having real choices about sedation, and dealing with the same few people every time. That is the whole idea here.
Four real differences
What Makes This Manageable
Sedation, up to and including IV
You can be numb and wide awake, take something to settle your nerves, breathe nitrous, or have IV sedation where the appointment mostly passes without you remembering it. All of it is available here, and we talk it through at the consultation instead of the morning of surgery. Nobody talks you into more sedation than you want, or less.
One team, start to finish
You are not sent across town for surgery and back again for teeth. The same faces plan your case, place the implants, and see you at follow-ups, with the teeth made in our own lab. For nervous patients that continuity is often the single biggest thing — you stop having to explain yourself to strangers.
No pressure, in writing
You leave the consultation with a written plan and no obligation. We do not use countdowns, and we do not call you over and over. If you need a month to think, take a month. If you decide a simpler option fits your life better, that is a fine answer and we will help you with it.
You control the pace
Tell us the parts that bother you — the sounds, the needle, not knowing what is happening, being talked over. We can narrate everything or say nothing, break treatment into shorter visits, agree on a hand signal to stop, and let you sit up whenever you need to. Bring headphones. Bring someone with you.
Starting small is fine
You Can Just Come Talk
Everything is planned and placed in-house in Keene, so the people you meet on day one are the people you see all the way through. When you are ready to look at what treatment could involve, compare the options for failing or missing teeth →

Questions We Hear
Do you offer IV sedation for implant treatment?
Yes. IV sedation is available for implant and full-arch treatment, along with lighter choices — oral medication or nitrous — if that is all you want. We review your health history and medications first, arrange for someone to drive you home, and match the level of sedation to the visit and to how you feel about it.
It's been years since I've seen a dentist. Will I get a lecture?
No. Most people who sit down with us have been away a long time, often because of one bad experience they still remember clearly. Nothing about your mouth surprises or bothers us, and shame is not a treatment plan. We look at where things are today and talk about where you would like them to be.
Can I just come in and talk without committing to anything?
Absolutely — plenty of people do exactly that. You can come in, meet us, look at your scan, ask questions, and go home with a written plan and no next appointment. Some folks come back in a week and some in a year. Both are welcome, and new patients are always welcome.
What if I panic partway through a visit?
Then we stop. We agree on a signal before we start, and using it is not a failure or an inconvenience — it is the plan working. We can pause, let you sit up, add sedation, or reschedule the rest for another day. You never lose your place with us for needing a break.
Come sit down. That’s the whole first step.
